Obituary of Alfred L. Murphy

Alfred L. Murphy Jr. 74 of Clayton passed away on May 11, 2015 at Cooper Medical Center in Camden. Mr. Murphy formerly lived in Hammonton and Mullica Township. Before retiring he worked for Harrah's Hotel & Casino as a bus driver. He was predeceased by his wife, Betty and his son, Timmy. He is survived by three sons, Alfred L. "Lee" Murphy III (Janette),Jimmy Murphy and Michael Murphy; three daughters, Barbara Egerton (John), Kathy Corba (Pete), Karen Raesly (Dale); one brother, Greg Murphy; two sisters, Elizabeth Haglen, and Lorraine Foster; eleven grandchildren , and eleven great grandchildren. A viewing will be held Friday, May 15, 2015 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the Carnesale Funeral home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton, where funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at Elwood Rural Cemetery.
