Obituary of Thomas J. Mongon, Jr.

Thomas J. Mongon, Jr., 73, of Hammonton passed away Saturday, December 21, 2019 in AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division after a brief illness. Born in Jersey City he lived in Hammonton for over 20 years. He formerly work at Bethlehem Steel Shipyard in Jersey City as an electrician. Mr. Mongon was predeceased by his grandson, Matthew Mongon. He is survvied by his loving wife, Marie Mongon (nee Arnone), his children, Thomas Mongon, Jr., Peter Mongon, Joseph Mongon, Millie Mongon, Michael Mongon, and Judy Mongon; his two brothers, Martin Mongon and Robert Mongon; his sister, Marie Feliciano and two grandchildren, Nick Pittman and Elizabeth Mongon and good friend Gina Ampe. Funeral Services will be held Friday, December 27, 2019, 8:00 pm at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton, where a viewing will be held from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Entombment will be held Saturday, December 28, 2019 10:00 am in Greenmount Cemetery, Hammonton.
