I am devastated. I met Ruthann while working on closings for the City of Camden and she was just so nice and wonderful to work with. She knew her stuff without taking it too seriously. We always managed to laugh about something while trying to figur things out on a phone call. I will miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and also her Title America family.

I first met Ruthann at a closing 11 years ago. Since then, she has grown from a trusted professional to a beloved friend. I, and my colleagues at Conifer Realty, will miss her very much.

Dear Leeann, Joe, Sam & Danielle,
The Nelson Family from Sherry Lyn Woods sends our condolences to you at this sad time! I only met Ruthann a few times, what Stood out to me is the closeness of Leeann with her Mom & her beautiful daughters. The first time we met she spoke so lovingly of her 7 month old granddaughter, Samantha, glowing with “Grandmother’s Love” which I now understand.
May you hold your Loving memories always close to your hearts!! Prayers to you & May Ruthann rest in the arms of Our Lord!
Sincerely,
Eileen & Larry Nelson & Family

I never met Ruthann in person, but I worked closely with her over the last 10 or more years when she provided title services to Conifer Realty through Title America. Through her work Ruthann has helped us to provide homes for hundreds of lower income families. She always got the deal done!

I grew up with Ruth Ann and Terri Valenti in Assumption School and had many great times together. She was always the organizer, the leader, and we had great times.
Rest in peace, Ruthann!

You were one of a kind. Stubborn as could be with a heart of gold. I always knew where to go when I needed to laugh or some guidance. You were a great friend and I am honored to have known you. You will be missed but never forgotten.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family through this difficult time.

Ruthann and I were childhood friends, I spent many happy times at the Wilhelm home. One thing I know for sure was how much she loved her daughter. She was a beautiful person and left a wonderful legacy for her family. She will be missed. Rest In Peace my friend.

Ruthann and I started out together from diapers living next to each other till we left the nests. Then we continued through life in our real estate careers. I don’t know if anyone can spend 70 years with their good friend. Like many of youshe has left a huge hole in our lives personally and professionally. Sleep well my dear friend. Sorely missed, never forgotten.

As a childhood friend of Leeann, my memories of Ruthann are how strong her presence was, how successful she was professionally and how dearly she loved her daughter. They were a team in life and she was a great example for all of us. May God welcome her into his arms and watch over the entire family as they grieve her loss.

As a young lawyer I would call upon Ruthann for advice. Joe Sr. would tell me she knew more about real estate law than any lawyer. How true. No matter how busy she was, she would always pick up the phone. She’s listen carefully, and then from the top of her head give you the answer. Research would prove she was always right. By the end of the conversation she’d have you laughing so much so you forgot about your troubles. What a woman!! I will miss you my friend. Love Shirley.
