Obituary of Joseph J. Alessandrini

Joseph J. Alessandrini Sr., 88, of Hammonton passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at AtlantiCare Medical Center in Galloway Township. Born in Williamstown, NJ he was a longtime resident of the South Jersey area. Joe was an U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean War. Before retiring he worked as a pipefitter/plumber for UA Local 322 of Winslow Township. Joe was an avid golfer and he previously worked at Sharks Tooth Golf Course in Panama City Beach. He is survived by his beloved wife, Bunni Alessandrini (nee Ford), two sons, Joseph J. Alessandrini Jr. (Debbie), Steven Alessandrini (Debra), one daughter, Michelle Self, one step son, John Tomasella (Dawn), one sister, Paula Weisbecker, 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 9:00 AM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St.Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
