Obituary of Jose Jacobo

Jose Jacobo, 91, of Egg Harbor City passed away on Friday, February 19, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Velardeña, Durango, Mexico, he was a resident of South Jersey for fifty years. He was an active member of the Egg Harbor City Seventh Day Adventist Church. Jose enjoyed music and he played the accordion and the harmonica. He will forever be remembered for his strong faith, patience and love. He was the family's prayer warrior. He was predeceased by his wife, Trinidad Jacobo. He is survived by eleven children, Juan Jacobo, Juliana Jacobo, Maria Jacobo (Julio), David Jacobo (Nelly), Ernesto Jacobo (Agustina), Eunice Aquina (Jose), Jose Jacobo Jr. (Cathy), Benjamin Jacobo (Ana), Esther Mondragon (Jaime), Marta Jacobo - Jones (Howard), William Jacobo (Carmen), 24 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing on Monday, February 22, 2021 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton, where funeral services will take place at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Egg Harbor City Cemetery.
