Obituary of Catherine J. Staffen

Catherine Staffen, passed away on Thursday , October 28th, on the Feast of Saint Jude at her home. Before retiring, Mrs. Staffen was an administrative assistant at Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company. She was a longtime member of St. Bernadette of Lourdes Church where she often volunteered. She enjoyed knitting and shared her beautiful creations with others. Predeceased by her husband , Joseph, she is survived by four daughters, Catharine Kubiak (Deacon Mike), Jeanette Paynter (Bud) , Lorraine Laughlin (Greg), Jolene Tingle (Larry) her grandchildren, William, JJ, Leann and Jeffrey. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, November 1, 2021 in Saint Bernadette of Lourdes Parish, 1035 Turner Ave., Drexel Hill, PA, where a visitation will be held at 10:00 am. Internment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery , Yeadon, PA. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Bernadette of Lourdes Parish 1035 Turner Ave., Drexel Hill, PA 19083.
