Obituary of Nancy Lee Bartle

Nancy Lee Bartle, 69, of Mullica Township passed away on Saturday in AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, Mainland Division. Born in Reading, PA she lived in this area for over 40 years. She was a graduate of Holy Family in Northeast Philadelphia. Mrs. Bartle was a retired teacher from the Berlin Township School District. She was a member of the NEA, Berlin Twp. Teacher Association, the Nesco Lake Association. Nancy was very active in various charity foundations, most especially those helping in the fight against breast cancer. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Glenn D. Bartle, II; two step-children, Glenn D. Bartle, III; Lori V. Morgan both of Reading, PA, one brother, William A. Ciabattoni, Jr. of Hazelton, PA and three grandchildren, Nicole Morgan, Haleigh Morgan and Shane Bartle. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday 11:00am in St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish at St. Anthony of Padua RC Church, 285 Route 206, Hammonton, where a visitation will be held from 9:00am until11:00am. In lieu of flowers memorial donations maybe made to the Alicia Shute Foundation, P.O. Box 274, Elwood, NJ 08217 or to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. Arrangements are by the Carnesale Funeral Home,202 S. Third St. Hammonton, NJ. A second visitation will be held Monday Oct. 3, 2011, 10:00am -12:00pm at the Lutz Funeral Home 2100 Perkiomen Ave., Reading, PA. Burial will follow in Gethsemane Cemetery.
