In 1964 Tony partnered with another real estate agent and opened Carriage Realty and Construction Co in Berlin and Cherry Hill. His other business ventures included Continental Land Development Corp., Brigantine Blvd. Assoc., Cedar Brook Assoc., and Pepperwood Corp. In 1977 Tony incorporated the A.J.
