I met Bettie at church and at the home of friends who are her family. I especially enjoyed listening to her talk and how she welcomed everyone. She had a special talent for that. The memories in the photos really capture how she was with family and friends, a lovely tribute. I know she will be missed by all. Condolences and sympathy to family and friends.

When I first met Betty, she was the mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother of our precious friends. However, when she and Jimmy moved to New Jersey, eventually she became a precious friend to me. I particularly loved hearing her talk about her life with her Jimmy and her family. I am so thankful for the memories and I thank the Davis family for sharing her with me.

Bettie will be greatly missed. I always looked forward to seeing and talking with her. I love the memorial video, especially the pictures of "Grannie" and her beloved grandchildren. From all of the board games, Minnie Mouse PJs, WII Sports bowling, and cookie decorating, we can tell she was young at heart when around them. Rest in peace Betty. Like the birds you loved to watch, you have gotten your wings.
