Obituary of Orlando Cotto

Orlando "Blanco" Cotto, 63, of Mullica Township passed away on Friday, August 19, 2022 in Acuity Specialty Hospital. Born in Cidra, Puerto Rico he lived in Mullica for 32 years. Blanco formerly worked as a groundskeeper for the Atlantic City Country Club. He enjoyed golfing and playing softball. He was a dedicated handyman and a "jack of all trades." Blanco is survived by his wife, Iris Cotto (nee Santos) of Mullica, his daughter, Idamaris Cotto and her husband, Jean Salazar; his son, Jose Orlando Cotto and his partner, Luis Arce all of Egg Harbor Township; his granddaughters, Thalia Walker and Jasmine Rivera; three sisters, Maria Cotto, Virginia Cotto and Nazaria Cotto all of Puerto Rico; his mother in law, Aida Rodriguez, sister in law, Nilda Garcia and her husband Ruben and brothers in law, Luis Rivera and Juan Rivera and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral Services will be held Monday, August 29, 2022, 11:00 am at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton, NJ. Burial will follow in Greenmount Cemetery, Hammonton. Viewings will be held Sunday, August 28, 2022 from 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm and again on Monday, August 29, from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at the funeral home.
