Obituary of Jose R. Collazo

Jose R. Collazo "Joe," 67 of Vineland, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. Jose was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico, grew up in Bronx, NY, and lived in the South Jersey area since 1973. He worked at Joffe Lumber in Vineland. He attended All the Nations Assembly of God Church in Deerfield, NJ. He was predeceased by his mother, Carmen Collazo, and his brother Antonio L. Collazo. He is survived by five children, Joseph R. Collazo, Joel Collazo, Chastity Torres and fiancé Joey Purificato, Anthony Collazo, Cristina Collazo-Herrera and husband Chris Herrera, his sister Millie Howard and brother-in-law Larry Howard, his sister Angeles Rios (Puerto Rico), his uncle Isidro Collazo, twelve grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. A viewing will be held on Friday, October 21, 2022, from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. 3rd Street, Hammonton, NJ. Funeral services will take place at 8:00 PM.
