Wayne, Staci & Family; Anthony and I are sending our heartfelt thoughts and prayers. All I have is wonderful and kind memories of your mother. Joyce was memorable in many ways but especially through her beautiful smile in which both of you inherited. Death is only a doorway into the next life. Until we meet again. Vicki Barbetto

Q: What will you never forget about Joyce?
A: We loved Joyce very, very, very much! Joyce would do anything for anyone! She would drop anything at any time if somebody needed help. She worked hard her whole life and saved so she could go to Florida someday. Her house and yard were immaculate! She could drive a boat, or jump on a boat and tie it up like nobody's business! She loved the river and her friends. She adored her whole family: her siblings & their families, her children, her son & daughter in law, her grandchildren, her grandogs, and Champ, her dog. She was so proud of them! I once asked her, "Isn't it hard to be so far away from Stacey, Corey, & your grandchildren?" And she said," Oh No, we FaceTime every day!" She had a heart of gold & she didn't deserve any of this suffering. I hope she is in the arms of her loving husband, Ed, and loving family in Heaven. I wish we had met Ed. And I hope she's up there, "having a little toddy!!!", as she always said!!! God Bless you, Joycee. We'll all miss you so very much!

When I think of Joyce I can hear her laughing. So many happy memories I am thankful I got to share with her and her family who always welcomed me with open arms. I was so young when Stacey started dating my brother and I was stuck to him like glue. Cory probably reluctantly would bring me along when he would go hang out with Stacey and I would end up spending a lot of time with Joyce. At the time she was by far the coolest woman I had met. She had her own pool! Over the years I have looked up to her more than she probably knew. I cannot believe her day has come. She gave so much love, joy and wisdom to so many. I am thankful to have known such a strong and beautiful soul.
