Obituary of Laura Rodriguez Gonzalez

Laura Rodriguez Gonzalez, 50, of Hammonton passed away on Monday, February 20, 2023 at Penn Medicine University City Hospital in Philadelphia. Born in Zacatecas, Mexico she has been a resident of Hammonton for twenty five years. Laura worked at Walmart in Hammonton for many years. She was devoted to her family and she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, Martin Rodriguez and Ramona Gonzalez, and her brother, Arturo and sister, Aurora. She is survived by her husband, Juan Ibarra Ortiz, three daughters, Laura C. Ibarra (Valentin Rodriguez), Wendy Ibarra (Alvaro Vazquez), and Ithsel Ibarra, two brothers, Roberto and Valente, three sisters, Otilia, Maria Cruz and Silvia, and her four grandchildren, Liseth, Justin, Maximo and Melanie.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 1:00 PM at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish Church of St. Joseph's, 226 French Street in Hammonton. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 124 S. First Road in Hammonton. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses, c/o Laura C. Laura Rodríguez González, de 50 años, de Hammonton NJ falleció el lunes 20 de febrero del 2023 en el Penn Medicine University City Hospital en Filadelfia. Nacida en Zacatecas, México, fue residente de Hammonton durante veinticinco años. Laura trabajó en Walmart en Hammonton durante varios años. Estaba dedicada a su familia y disfrutaba pasar tiempo con sus nietos.
Sus padres, Martín Rodríguez y Ramona González, y su hermano, Arturo, y su hermana, Aurora, fallecieron antes que ella. Le sobreviven su esposo, Juan Ibarra Ortiz, tres hijas, Laura C. El velorio se llevará a cabo el sábado 25 de febrero de 2023 de 11:30 am a 12:30 pm en Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street en Hammonton. Se celebrará una misa de entierro cristiano el sábado 25 de febrero del 2023 a la 1:00 pm en la iglesia parroquial St. Mary of Mt. Carmel de St. Joseph, 226 French Street en Hammonton NJ. El entierro seguirá en el Cementerio del Santo Sepulcro, 124 S. First Road en Hammonton NJ.
