Obituary of Doris M Caputo

Doris M. Caputo, (nee Hildebrant) 89, of Blue Anchor passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at Berlin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Born in Delaware, NJ she lived in Blue Anchor since 1964. Doris was a licensed practical nursing and formerly worked at Ancora Psychiatric Hospital and Wm. B. Kessler Memorial Hospital. She was a longtime member of Blue Anchor United Methodist Church. Doris was predeceased by her husband, Anthony "Chic" Caputo. She is survived by her son, Guy Edwards and his partner Li; her grandchildren, Cameron and Tyler; her sister, Shirley Tomsic. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, November 14, 2023 11:00 am in Blue Anchor United Methodist Church, 131 Central Ave., Blue Anchor, where a viewing will be held from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin, NJ.
