I just today, 4/10/24, learned of Bob’s passing. at my home here in Florida. We were childhood friends and both had Berlin newspaper routes. We both wrestled at Edgewood High School. He was quiet and shy but came from a great family. He was always a friend you could count on. I admired Bob’s courage in standing up to high school bully types. My condolences to his family and other friends. I’m so sorry his last years were rough.

My sincere condolences go out to the Gauntt family. I first met Bobby in 1958 when my family moved into the neighborhood. After that Bob and I became life-long friends. Bob was a sensitive, kind gentleman and always had your back. I will always remember the great companion has was to me.

My condolences to the Gauntt family. Bobby was a good friend and always fun to be with. I am thankful for all the good memories . He was a close friend and companion to my sister, Joan Mullin. He was also like a father to my nephew Michael Mullin. He was loved and will be missed. George G. Griffith, Jr.
