Obituary of Carmen H. Cafiso

Carmen H. Cafiso, 64 of Hammonton passed away on Friday at home. Born in Hammonton he was a lifelong resident there. Mr. Cafiso had worked at Whitehall Laboratories and Polyvel Inc. both in Hammonton. He formerly served in the Hammonton Police Reserves. He was a past member of the Hammonton Democratic Club, and he was a member of the Our Lady of Assumption Society. Carmen enjoyed riding his Honda motorcycle, and his motto was "live to ride" He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Ida (nee Mortellite) Cafiso, his daughter, Kimberly Cafiso Varvarezis, and his brother, John Cafiso. He is survived by his wife, Terri Cafiso (nee Caruso), his daughters, Courtney Cafiso of Hammonton and Stacy LeGore Smith and her wife Jill of South Amboy, four grandchildren, Joseph Brodman, Joshua Cafiso, Madison and Jake Varvarezis, his brother and sister, Peter and JoAnna Domenico, his nieces Janna and DanaJo Domenico. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. A viewing will be held Wednesday 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM and Thursday 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton. Funeral services will take place Thursday 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Greenmount Cemetery in Hammonton.
