Obituary of Raymond E. Nean

Raymond E. Nean III, 47 of Newtonville passed away on Saturday, August 25, 2012. Born in Cherry Hill he was a resident of Newtonville for eleven years. Raymond had attended Williamstown High School. He worked as Lead Engineer for Temple University Hospital - Episcopal Campus in Philadelphia. He was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local No. 835. Raymond enjoyed spending time in the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was predeceased by his father, John "Jack" Carter, and his sister, Elizabeth Nean. He is survived by his loving companion, Natalie Augustine, his daughter, Tara Nean of Galloway Township, his son, Raymond F. Nean of Collings Lakes, his grandson, Quinlan Friel, his mother, Elizabeth Carter of Sicklerville, his brothers and their wives, Jack and Joyce Carter of Blackwood, Richard and Patty Carter of Collings Lakes. Raymond will be sadly missed by family, friends and co-worker's. A visitation will be held Thursday, August 30, 2012 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton, where funeral services will take place at 12:00 PM. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the United Special Sportsman Alliance, N7886 Shotwell Lane, Pittsville, WI 54466, this is a non-profit charity that specializes in sending critically ill and disabled children and veterans on outdoor adventures.
