Obituary of Angel L. Ortiz

Angel L. Ortiz, born on Nov. 23, 1950 he went home with the Lord on Sunday Feb. 17, 2013 at Atlantic Care Regional Medical Center. He was a wonderful father and husband, known and loved by many people. Angel was born in Cayey, P.R. and was a lifelong resident of Hammonton. He was a machine operator at Eastern Brewery of Hammonton for over 20 years. He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years Ada Delgado, 3 children, Santiago Delgado of Florida, Ramona Diaz of Pennsylvania, Midge Aviles of Vineland; one son in law, Luis A. Diaz, and his daughter in law, Dawn Colombo Delgado, his grandchildren, Edison Feliciano, Jason Feliciano, Vannessa Otero, Erika Burgos, Alfredo Burgos, Victor Otero, Cameron Delgado, Brandon Delgado; Anthony Delgado, great grandchildren, Arianna L. Feliciano, Laylani Feliciano, Gieanah Feliciano, Amaiyah Gonzalez, Alliah Gonzalez, Damian Phillipe and Bilal Alwan, Jr. Angel is also survived by a beloved sister in law, Irma Soto and brother in law, Jose Soto, and many other family members; a great family friend Carol Snyder and his beloved dogs, Perla and Lady Ortiz. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday 11:30am in St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish, Church of St. Martin de Porres, 129 Park Ave., Hammonton. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. A viewing will be held Saturday 9:00am until 11:00AM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton.
