Obituary of Donald J. Wooton

Donald J. Wooton Jr., 60, of Winslow passed away Saturday in AtlanticCare Regional Medical Center, Mainland Division. Born in Hammonton he was a lifelong area resident. He was a sheet metal finisher for VFI-Fabricators in Williamstown. Donald enjoyed hunting, fishing, and wine making. He was predeceased by his brother Robert Wooton, his mother in law, Joan Marie Springer and her husband Bob and his brother in law, Samuel Springer. Donald is survived by his wife, Deborah C. Wooton (nee Springer), two sons, Donald Taylor Wooton III of Pottsville, PA; Jeffrey L. Wooton of Hammonton; his parents, Donald and Rosemarie (nee Basile) Wooton, five siblings, Hulda Birch, Kathleen Ward, Tammy Taylor, William Wooton; Daniel Wooton, his six grandchildren, Jessie James Wooton, Lucas Jeannot, Elizabeth Schan, Emily Wooton, Brianna Wooton and Jeffrey Wooton Jr. and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Friday 11:00am at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton. A viewing will be held Thursday 7:00pm until 9:00pm and again on Friday 10:00am at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery.
