Obituary of Marie M. Noto

Marie M. Noto, (nee Christos), 91, of Hammonton passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at Medford Care Center. Born in Ashland, PA, she was a resident of Hammonton for eighty six years. She was a longtime faithful member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Hammonton, and the Order of the Eastern Star of N.J. Dewey Chapter No. 155. In her early years she worked with her family at Christos Family Restaurant in Hammonton. Before retiring many years ago Mrs. Noto worked as a secretary for Skinner Glass Company in Hammonton. She was predeceased by her husband, Warren R. Noto, her brothers, Thomas and Andy Christos and her sister, Sophie Lentz. She is survived by her two sons and their wives, Warren A. and Patricia Noto of Hammonton, Bruce A. and Theresa Noto of Harleysville, PA, five grandchildren, Elizabeth and Hans Caruso, Christina Noto and her fiance Brian Dunn all of Hammonton, Andrew Noto and his fiancee Jessica Muhl of Blue Bell , PA, Colin Noto, and Chelsea Noto both of Harleysville, PA, two sisters, Catherine Moody of Benton, AR, and Electra Burdick of Hammonton. A viewing will be held Wednesday August 14, 2013 from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 300 Peach Street in Hammonton, where funeral services will take place at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow at Greenmount Cemetery in Hammonton.
