Obituary of Michael Galardi

Michael Galardi, 51, of Hammonton passed away on Thursday at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Born in Germany he was a lifelong resident of Hammonton. Michael was one of the most honest, caring and considerate man one would ever know. Michael served in the U.S. Air Force for four years. He worked as an operations manager for Comcast Cable for over 20 years having worked in Wildwood, Vineland and Turnersville (Jones Cable). Michael was an avid golfer, and he bowled in a bowling league for many years. He was predeceased by his father, Charles Galardi. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Swanfeld Galardi; two sons, Joshua Galardi and Jordan Galardi; one daughter, Kiri Galardi all of Hammonton; his mother, Helga Galardi of Egg Harbor City; one brother, Bruce Galardi; his mother in law, Patricia Milane (George) of Collings Lakes; his father in law, George Swanfeld (Patricia) of Little Egg Harbor; his uncle, Joseph Galardi of Hammonton; two aunts, Marie Friedley (Ed) of Michigan, and Gerri Reitz of Tryon, NC, his two brothers in law, George Swanfeld and Edward Swanfeld both of Collings Lakes. He is also survived by his family in Germany including his Tante Christi (Hermann) and cousins Petra and Tomas. A viewing will be held Thursday March 20, 2014 5:00pm - 7:00pm at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton, where funeral services will be held at 7:00pm.
