Obituary of Kathryn E. Giacobbe

Kathryn E. Giacobbe, 49, of Hammonton passed away on Saturday, Ocotober 11, 2014 at AtlantiCare in Hammonton. Born in Vineland she was a lifelong resident of Hammonton. She worked as a clerk for the South Jersey Transportation Authority in Hammonton. Prior to that she worked as a clerk for the New Jersey State Police for almost twenty years, Kathy enjoyed crafting, interior decorating, and taking care of her pets. She is survived by two daughters, Erin Giacobbe, and Jillian Giacobbe both of Hammonton; her parents, Al "Cookie" and Carol Giacobbe of Hammonton; one brother, Doug Giacobbe (Kathy) of Folsom; three sisters, Donna Trepiccione (Giuseppe) of Blue Anchor, Carol Valentin (David) of Hammonton, and Valerie Mazzei (Richard) of Mays Landing. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2014 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton, where funeral services will take place at 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers donations to a Trust Fund for Jillian Giacobbe College Education, 215 Fourth Street, Hammonton, NJ 08037 would be greatly appreciated.
