You all should be proud of how well you all worked together to give him a quality of life in his progressive stages that led up to his passing. Lourdes, I am so sorry on the loss of your Dad. I remember him as a cheerful, smiling, hard worker at Bally's, as well as your other family members. (You and I worked in Personnel and then I was in the Sales Office.). He was very sweet, and I was so glad to read that all your family members pitched in with his care and I'm sure he always had someone by his side to look after his best interests . Hilda, The most difficult thing in this world is to say goodbye to a loved one.. Even though we are Christian and believe in the hereafter, we still let go reluctantly because we want our lives to remain the same.. Why must things change? Everyone is put on this earth to serve his or her purpose just like Jesus' life was to touch people's hearts and for forgiveness of our sins. Your poppy created a beautiful family. He helped them grow and continue his love with their family and friends. That is his legacy. It was his time for peace, joy and time with his Lord and Savior. If he were on a vacation in Hawaii, everyone would be glad that he was able to relax and enjoy his time in such a beautiful place. He is in a place of ultimate Splendor and has seen the face of our Lord. Try to think of him there when you are sad. Love you xoxoxo
