Obituary of Ioannis Papazis

Ioannis Papazis, 87, of Hammonton passed away on Wednesday August 26, 2015 at home . Born in Sohos, Greece he has been a resident of Hammonton since 1970. Before retiring Mr. Papazis worked as a tailor for W. B. Kessler Clothing Factory and Crown Pants Company both in Hammonton. He was a member of the Amalgamated Clothing Worker's Union, and St. Anthony's Greek Orthodox Church in Vineland. He is survived by his wife, Eleni Papazis; two sons, Elias Papazis, and George Papazis; one granddaughter, Relynne Wolf , and many family members in Greece. A viewing will be held on Friday August 28, 2015 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at St. Anthony's Greek Orthodox Church, 430 W. Wheat Road, Vineland, NJ, where funeral services will take place at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Greenmount Cemetery, 124 S. First Road in Hammonton. Arrangements by the Carnesale Funeral Home in Hammonton.
