We are so sorry to hear about Teddy. We had so much fun with him and Joann. Now they can be together. Two wonderful people. He worked hard for the Borough of Woodbine with Clarence. An awesome Man. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. God Bless you Teddy
