Obituary of Antoinette L. Campione

Antoinette Campione (nee Universe) aka "Bebe" passed away peacefully at her home on June 1, 2016 with her devoted children at her side, being comforted all along her journey to heaven by her loving family and friends. She was born August 7, 1932 in Hammonton, NJ and was a graduate of Hammonton High School in 1950, where she participated in the color guard and sang in school plays. She was also in the Peach Queen Court. Antoinette found joy in preparing Sunday and holiday dinners for her family and especially loved being serenaded by the music of her children. She was always there for her family putting them first in her life. She had a youthful sense of humor, and everyone was drawn to her warm kindness. Antoinette lived her life finding goodness in everyone and supporting the dreams of her family. She is predeceased by her husband, George, son Michael, and parents Stello and Theresa Giacobbe and Salvatore Universe. She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Del Rossi and husband Bill; son George Campione Jr.; sisters, Maria Carpenter (David) and Ellen Clark; Aunt, Arlene Vuotto; grandchildren: Rachel Mangano, April and Ron Cushinotto, Melissa Brower, Michael Campione Jr. and great-grandchildren, Regina, Kayla, Dominic, Logan, Giavanna and Michael III, and many loving nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday June 6, 2016 11:00am in St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish Church of St. Joseph's, 226 French St., Hammonton. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Hammonton. A viewing will be held 9:30am until 11:00am at the Church. In lieu of flowers, donations in Antoinette's memory may be made to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, Suite 300 Marlton, NJ 08053.
