Rita Umoselle (nee Longo) 84 of Hammonton died Monday at Bishop McCarthy Residence in Vineland. Born in Hammonton she was a lifelong resident there. Before retiring she worked in the cafeteria for the Hammonton Public Schools. She was predeceased by her husband, Jerry Umoselle. She is survived by two daughters, Geraldine Celona and her husband John of Hammonton, Joan Cooper and her husband, Paul of Blue Anchor, two sisters, Catherine Raffaelli of Vineland and Gilda Siewert of Egg Harbor City, one brother, David Longo of Buena, four grandchildren, Jay Celona and his wife Kelly, Michael Celona, Jennifer Cooper, and Valerie Cooper, and one great grandchild, Mandy Celona. A viewing will be held Tuesday 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday 11:00 AM at St. Martin DePorres R.C. Church, 129 Park Avenue in Hammonton. Burial will follow at Greenmount Cemetery in Hammonton. Donations may be made to Bishop McCarthy Residence Auxiliary , 1045 E. Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360.
