I never had the privilege of getting to know Steve very well. I can only attest to the love his family had for him. Carmen always expressed what a sweet and gentle man he was and the love he had for his family. May his garden in Heaven be bountiful .

My most sincere condolences to the family. I have been blessed to share many amazing times with Steve. I consider him to be a brother to me. So many spiritual and intellectual late night conversations... Riding on a Greyhound Bus across the country, the summer we spent in California, three days camping in the rain in Mizpah...
