Vincent J. Palmer, 84 of Philadelphia died Sunday at Virtua Hospital in Berlin. Born in Philadelphia he was a lifelong resident there. Mr. Palmer was an U.S. Navy Veteran of World War II. Before retiring he worked for many years at a printing company in Philadelphia. He was predeceased by his parents, James and Catherine (nee Sparta) Palmer, two brothers, Frank Palmer and Charles Nick Palmer, one sister, Mary Palmer. He is survived by his sister in law, Angelina Palmer, one niece, Kathryn P. Palmer and one nephew, John Palmer all of Hammonton. A viewing will be held Thursday 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton, where funeral services will take place at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Greenmount Cemetery in Hammonton.
