Kenneth E. Reed, Jr., 69, of Hammonton passed away on Thursday in Virtua Hospital in Berlin. Born in Camden he was a lifelong South Jersey resident. He was a retired boiler engineer first with Presswell Records of Ancora and then with Wm. B. Kessler Memorial Hospital, Hammonton. Mr. Reed was predeceased by his wife: Virginia L. Reed. He is survived by his three daughters: Toni Howard of Elk Grove, CA; Danielle Thornewell and her husband Robert of Hammonton, Lynnette Malena and her husband Matthew of Myrtle Beach, SC; six grandchildren: Alex and Adam Thornewell; Mikayla, Kaitlyn, Madison and Kyleigh Malena; one sister: Nancy Davis of N. Carolina and his mother in law: Louise P. Fiore of Hammonton. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday 11:00am at the Hammonton Presbyterian Church, 326 Bellevue Ave. Hammonton. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. A viewing will be held Monday 7:00pm until 9:00pm at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton.
