I just happened to be on the DEA website and learned of my dear brother Harry being taken way too early. I went to police academy with Harry, and he was my commuting buddy from Williamsburg. We travelled every tour back and forth together.
To Harry's wife Georgina, his children, and the entire family. I moved out of state after I retired and I'm very sorry I could not be there in person to show my respect for my brother. May the Lord always watch over Harry, and always keep him safe until the day we can all me reunited again.
May God bless Harry and the entire Valentin Family.
Respectfully,
Frank DeMasi

I am very sad to hear that another hero has lost his life coming to the rescue of others. Words can not express the courage and valor that it took to respond to a horrific situation. when in reality you know that you are putting your life at risk to help complete strangers. But you do so because it is your calling, your God sent mission to help those in need. my words may be of little consolation to your pain. But deep inside your heart I know you feel the love and pride of having such a hero in your life. Rest in peace. You have had your final roll call here on earth. Now its time to report to your maker and take on your new roll as one of his angels...God Bless!

I cannot express my sorrow for the loss of Harry. He was a great man, father, husband, brother & son and no one could ask for a better friend.
When he spoke, it was always kind words; when he laughed, it was contagious and when he mentioned his family, he beamed with pride. This is how I will always remember him.
I will miss him and I grieve for your loss.
Please know myself and my family are here for you if you should need anything at all.
