Tom was the sixth grandson of our grandparents, Emmet and Marie Byrnes. They had 26 grandchildren. I and my two sisters, Carol Ann and Janice, and my only brother, Reverend Robert Byrnes, probably knew him, Tim, Rick and Greg the best of all our cousins. We have some great memories. Our sincere sympathies go out to you, J.C., to Patrick, Michael, Michelle, and the families; to Tim, Rick, and Greg and families. Tom was a kind and gentle man, tremendously devoted to family and to his faith. His education and career brought him into the lives of many people - all will miss him. God bless you all. JC I am so so sorry for the pain you are having to go through. Tom and you were with me when I was going through a terrible loss. He was a thoughtful man that listened and knew when to give advise or share his thoughts. You two were awesome neighbors and I have always considered you both family. You are in my thoughts and Tom will always be remembered fondly. I hope that we can talk soon and if there is any I can do-please do not hesitate to ask.

So sorry to hear of Tom's passing. My wife Helen and I graduated with Tom from St. Joseph High School in 1964. Many fond memories of "Tommy" who was a great guy. Our sincere condolences to Tom's family. May he rest in Eternal Peace.
