Louise A. Basile, 88, of Hammonton died Thursday at her home. Born in Philadelphia she was a lifelong area resident. Mrs. Basile was a retired machine operator for Kessler Clothing Company in Hammonton. She was a member of the Amalgamated Clothing Workers Union. Mrs. Basile is survived by her husband of 64 years: Joseph R. Basile; one son and daughter in law: Joseph R. and Carol Basile, Jr. of Medford; one sister: Sarah Bertino of Hammonton; and three grandchildren: Sarah Basile, Seth Basile and Sean Basile. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday 1:00pm in St. Martin de Porres RC Church, 129 Park Ave., Hammonton. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. A viewing will be held Monday from 11:00am until 12:30pm at the Carnesale Funeral home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton, NJ.
