Bertina L. Wise, 88, of the Newtonville section of Buena Vista Township passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, October 27, 2018. Born in Philadelphia, PA she has lived in Newtonville, NJ for fifty years. Before retiring she worked at Monkey's Children's Store in Vineland. She was a faithful member of the New Vision United Methodist Church in Philadelphia and the United Methodist Women. She was predeceased by her parents, Otis and Birdie (Harley) Wise, and one brother, Willie Wise. She is survived by two sisters, Leola Johnson of Newtonville and Hattie Jamison of Philadelphia, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services and interment will be private.
