Obituary of ToniAnn Blough

ToniAnn Blough, (nee Capaccio) 57 of Hammonton passed away on Thursday at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Born in Hammonton she was a lifelong resident there. Before retiring she was a Medicaid Investigator for the State of New Jersey. She was a faithful member of Grace Community Church in Waterford Works, where she taught Bible School for children in the CEF Program. She enjoyed boating, skiing, photography, dancing and spending time with her grandchildren whom she adored. She was predeceased by her father, Anthony Capaccio. She is survived by her beloved husband, Frank L. "Skip" Blough III, two daughters, Christina Gardner, Stephanie McLeod and her husband Ryan, one son, Michael Blough all of Hammonton, six grandchildren, Samuel, Skylar, Angelina, Michael Jr., Ryan and Tatiana, her mother, Mildred Capaccio of Hammonton, four sisters and their spouses, Maryann and Anthony Crescenzo of Folsom, Rosalie and Donald Frederico of Hammonton, Carmella; Cookie; and Robert Theurer of Marlton and Kathy and Raymond Strempel of Waterford. A viewing will be held Monday 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Grace Community Church, 155 Pump Branch Road in Waterford Works, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM. Entombment at Greenmount Cemetery will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Atlantic City Rescue Mission, P.O.
