Obituary of Rita Farren

Rita Farren (nee LoSasso), 75, of Hammonton, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 8, 2011, at her residence. She entered Heaven holding the hands of her daughters with a peaceful smile on her face. Rita grew up in Nesco, NJ and raised her family in Hammonton. Rita worked for local banking institutes, including, Guarantee Bank and Empire Savings Bank as an administrative assistant and a customer service representative. Rita married her high-school sweetheart, Jack L. Farren, in 1954. She gave life and unconditional love to 3 children, Jacky, Bethanne and Loralee. Eventually, Paul Macrie (Bethanne) and Ryan Bermudez (Loralee), married into the family and she grew to love them like her own. Rita became a Proud Mom-Mom to 5 of the most important people in her life, Paulie Macrie, Desiree Farren, Matthew Macrie, Rylee Bermudez and Noah Bermudez. Her time with them was the most precious and enjoyable to her. She left a lasting impression on their lives and she will forever live in their hearts, as she will with all her family. She is also survived by her brother Paul LoSasso and his wife Lilia of Nesco and her sister in law: Barbara Coia and her husband Joe of Hammonton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday 10:00am in St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish at St,. Martin de Porres RC Church, 129 Park Ave., Hammonton. Burial will follow in Greenmount Cemetery. A viewing will be held Tuesday evening 6:30pm until 9:00pm at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton.
