'Momma D' was second mother to many cadets from the Coast Guard Academy...classmates of her son Capt Vinnie Delaurentis. Since my home was so far away while at the Academy I often spent holidays in Hammonton. She was a true angel and GLOWED when her table was filled with boys eating her crabs and spaghetti. RIP Momma D!
Marie was a great nurse and a better person. She was honest,said what she thought and ALWAYS was willing to help wherever she could.As a school nurse she was great, took care of both our kids. Both were saddened to hear about her death. She has a wonderful family and my thoughts and prayers are with them
